The Audi TT is not only an award winning automobile produced by the German auto maker Audi, it’s a car that’s as fun to drive in Denver and the Colorado Rocky Mountain region as it is stylish.
Car reviewers’ praise for the 2008 Audi TT reads as “wonderful — highlighted by standard leather seats and real aluminum trim, the interior is well put together, with tight tolerances and sturdy, soft-touch materials. The design is contemporary, simple, and attractive. The gauges are trimmed in silver with black faces, and trip computer information is displayed between them. The dash is black, and models with the Enhanced Interior package get black leather around the gauge cluster. All of the controls are within arm’s reach and they move with precision.”
From its introduction as a concept car in 1995, and as a production car in 1998, the Audi TT was regarded by many as innovative and revolutionary. The Audi TT was nominated for the North American Car of the Year award for 2000. It was also on Car and Driver magazine’s Ten Best list for 2000 and 2001. The second generation Audi TT has been honored with many awards including the inaugural Drive Car of the Year, Top Gear Coupe of the Year 2006, Fifth Gear Car of the Year 2006, Autobild ‘Most Beautiful Car’ and World Design Car of the Year 2007, as well as being a finalist for World Car of the Year. The second-generation Audi TT is now available to consumers in the United States as a 2008 model. For those wanting a broad combination of performance, sophistication and style, the Audi TT comes highly recommended.
What’s more according to published reviews, “the Audi TT has been re-engineered for 2008 and Audi has done a fine job of updating it. Auto buyers can use the car all year thanks to available all-wheel drive. The hatchback coupe offers cargo versatility while the roadster offers top-down fun. If you’re looking for a sporty weekend toy, or even a year round sports car, make sure the 2008 TT is on your shopping list.”
